Delivery Booking Advisor

•  37.5 hours, 5 out of 7 days
• Rotational shifts include (1 in 3 weekends)
• Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30, 09:00 - 17:30, 11:30 – 20:00
• Saturdays - 09:00 - 17:00

Due to a rapid growth in our Customer Service operation we are now seeking experienced and passionate Delivery Booking Advisor to join our lively team at Harvey’s contact centre in Magna Park and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to all new and existing customers.

Steinhoff UK Retail, are the parent company of Harvey’s Furniture, Bensons for Beds and Concorde Logistics, employing over 3,500 passionate and dedicated staff and trade from over 450 retail stores across the UK.

As our Delivery Booking Advisor, you will have the following skills and attributes:

• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and working to achievable but challenging targets
• Flexibility in shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
• Drive and passion to progress within the contact centre
• Customer service experience, with a view to generating a satisfactory response and resolution, and to conduct oneself in a courteous and professional manner
