Failure Prevention Team Administrator

Steinhoff Retail have an exciting oppurtunity to join our Failure Prevention Team at our Ayr Distribution Centre.

This role is 40hrs per week and will be working 5 days out of 6 which will include working 1 in 3 Saturdays. 

The Shift times will vary and times will be between 6:30am and 8:00pm

We are looking for someone who has previous customer service experiance and the ability to use a number of Microsoft Packages.

You will be able to work as part of a team as well as individually and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 



  • To deliver service excellence within the customer contact journey
  • To consistently delight customers (internal and external) in every contact they make with us, either written or verbal
  • To respond to Drivers calls and correspondence within agreed service levels
  • To accurately log notes during or after each contact
  • To resolve complaints to a high standard providing detailed notes
  • To be bold enough to make decisions and take ownership when resolving customer complaints
  • To manage and action administrative duties in line with the business standards on processes
  • To complete various management reports
  • To communicate with stores, DC’s and suppliers regarding required information and changes to procedures
  • To achieve targets and KPIs as set by the Leadership Team and  Managers
  • To uphold company policies and procedures wherever possible
