We have over 250 Stores throughout the UK and expanding with New Store Openings this year. Our own Concorde Logistics distribution teams deliver to our Customers Nationwide from our 8 Distribution Centres.

For a Store Manager we are looking for Management experienced with Big Personalities. People that are passionate about Customer Satisfaction and Delivering Excellent Service. You will be responsible for empowering your team to deliver the Bensons experience, with tools at your disposals such as our instore “SleePro” you will change the way our Customers sleep, for the better.

We are currently looking for a Store Manager at our Chippenham store.

  • Our Un-capped sales commission, will give you the opportunity to earn based on your ability to sell, part time and job share roles will see commission and team bonus being paid on a pro rata basis.

What we look for

  • You will have a positive and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to learn and earn
  • Previous experience of Managing a Team in a Retail/Hospitality/Customer Service environment.
  • Experience of working towards targets with a Team
  • Experience of Developing your Team from within to achieve their goals

The Job Role

  • You will play a significant role in the Store, leading your team to reach weekly and monthly Sales Targets and KPI's
  • We offer full onsite and in store training, and we will provide coaching and support throughout your career
  • Helping your Team to use their negotiating skills to close sale opportunities and also earn personal sales commission along with store team bonus for target achievements
  • You will responsible for the devlopment of your team ensuring that they meet their full Sales potential.
  • Giving daily feedback on store's performance to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Using your sales and managment skills to proactively react to future sales in peak periods and Bank Holidays.
